To get started with a bankruptcy filing you may start our online questionnaire here on our website and download a list of documents we need you to gather. We recommend you call our office as soon as possible as we do not look at your information or begin representing you until a retainer fee is paid and the retainer agreement signed. After we talk about your situation we can quote you the best price.
We will email you with a quote along with all of the forms and procedures you need to get started with your easy online file from home bankruptcy. Once your online questionnaire is complete and you have gathered as many of the documents as you can, call us to begin the bankruptcy. We can obtain documents and communicate from your home during this process or you can come to our office to meet. Click here to Schedule a Consultation with a bankruptcy attorney right now online.
Once the retainer has been paid and signed we review your questionnaire, documents, and get started with our own due diligence in pulling credit reports, tax information, court filings, property records, appraisals, valuations, etc.. We are usually ready to file within 2 weeks from that date unless there are unusual complications or additional information needed. We have filed some rush emergency bankrutpcy filings within a day or two if necessary but our usual process is two weeks from the iniital meeting.
We look forward to working with you.
